Refund Policy

To be eligible for a full refund:

• You bought a cohort seat, an individual class, or a team purchase of fewer than 10 seats
• You request the refund within the window for what you bought: 30 days on the cohort and on a team purchase, 14 days on an individual class
• Neither you nor, on a team purchase, any member of your team has attempted to download, record, rip, scrape, extract, or otherwise copy the class videos
• You purchased the class directly from our official website
• This is your first refund with us

A team purchase is refunded in full or not at all. We do not refund individual seats from a team purchase. Where a team has added seats in a later purchase, each purchase is assessed on the number of seats bought in that purchase.

Requesting a refund is simple and straightforward:

• Contact us via email at r@rayamjad.com
• Include your order information - provide your order confirmation number or transaction ID
• Send from the email address used for your original purchase (for verification)
• We'll process your request within 3 business days

Processing Time

• Refund approval: Within 3 business days of your request
• Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal refunds: Immediate to your PayPal account
• Bank transfers: 5-7 business days depending on your bank

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts for security reasons.

Once your refund is processed:

• Your class access will be automatically revoked
• You'll receive a confirmation email with refund details
• You may continue accessing the class materials until access is revoked (usually within 24 hours)

If you're experiencing technical difficulties with our classes, we encourage you to contact our support team first. Many issues can be resolved quickly, and we're here to help you get the most out of your purchase.

Class Compatibility Concerns

Before purchasing, please review the class requirements. However, if a class doesn't work on your system due to compatibility issues and you made an eligible purchase, you're fully covered by the guarantee for what you bought.

The Lifetime, monthly, yearly and 3-month plans are no longer sold. If you hold one, your guarantee is unchanged: 30 days from your first purchase on the Lifetime, yearly and 3-month plans, and 14 days from your first purchase on the monthly plan. Subscription renewals and recurring billing charges are not covered by the guarantee.

The following situations have different policies:

• Promotional or discounted purchases: Full refund available, but promotional pricing may not be reapplied to future purchases
• Team purchases of 10 seats or more: Refunded only on terms agreed with us in writing. Email us before you buy if you want a guarantee in place
• Corporate and volume licenses: Governed by your custom agreement where you have one

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, including but not limited to:

• Repeated purchases and refund requests
• Attempts to obtain multiple refunds for the same license
• Use of stolen payment methods
• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Unauthorized distribution, piracy, or sharing of class content (detected through our monitoring systems)
• Accounts terminated or suspended due to excessive account sharing
• Any use of the platform in connection with unlawful activity
